How long will it take for my home decor items to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Larger furniture pieces or fragile items may require specialized freight handling, which can extend delivery to 10-14 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy for home accents?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that seasonal items and final sale furniture are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or broken?
Due to the delicate nature of ceramics and glassware, accidents can happen. Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and the shipping box to initiate a free replacement.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international home enthusiasts in the near future.
Are your products handmade or mass-produced?
Creative Co-Op prides itself on a curated mix. Many of our items feature handcrafted details, hand-painted finishes, and natural materials, meaning slight variations in color and texture are part of the unique charm of the piece.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we process orders quickly. You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placement. After that window, the order is sent to our warehouse and cannot be modified.
